Alpine Brothers Construction wasn't built in a corporate boardroom; it was built on the rooftops of Northern Michigan. Founded by brothers Brandon and Eric Nowak, our company is the result of over 25 years of combined hands-on experience in the construction industry. We are neighbors building for neighbors, dedicated to providing Gaylord and the surrounding Alpine Village with a higher standard of craftsmanship.

We named our company Alpine Brothers because we are proud of where we come from. Gaylord is known as the Alpine Village, a community defined by its resilience and its unique aesthetic. We understand the specific architectural styles and environmental demands of this region because we live here, work here, and raise our families here.

A Mission to Restore Accountability

After years of working in both installation and sales for other firms, we saw a recurring problem: homeowners were being treated like numbers. Once a contract was signed, the owners disappeared, and the work was handed to subcontractors. We started Alpine Brothers to change that. We believe the person who sells you the job should be the one ensuring it’s done right.
